Matt was very responsive , I came down to my lake house and my heat pump was not working and so I called Now Heating and Cooling and they were out within an hour and was able to determine the issue, Matt was very knowledgeable and showed me what the issue was and how to fix it. He had the part on his truck and we were up and going within minutes. He offered his maintenance plan and my wife and I chose the silver family plan. I won't call anybody else , very satisfied !
